She has built and led enterprise-wide risk management frameworks for some of the world’s most recognized institutions, balancing innovation with regulatory discipline to protect businesses while enabling growth.
Currently serving as Chief Risk Officer at Decision Matrix, Ms. Dudani partners with clients to align risk, technology, and human capital strategies into scalable, high-quality solutions. Her previous leadership roles include Chief Risk Officer at Vanguard’s Retail Investor Group, Intuit, eBay, Barclays, and multiple divisions of the Royal Bank of Scotland, where she spearheaded risk transformation programs spanning payments, retail banking, and commercial cards. Earlier in her career, she held senior risk positions at JPMorgan Chase, Wells Fargo, Aceva, and GE Capital, gaining deep expertise in credit, operational, and technology risk across both U.S. and international markets.
