Senior Scientist

Sarah Bae is a Senior Scientist at KweHealth, bringing extensive expertise in molecular biology, quality control, and GMP-regulated biomanufacturing to the company’s regenerative medicine programs. With a strong foundation in both academic research and industry, she contributes to the development, validation, and execution of advanced assays and processes that ensure product integrity and therapeutic efficacy.

Before joining KweHealth, Sarah worked as Scientist II at Resilience, where she led protocol development and supported GMP manufacturing operations. She previously served as Scientist II at AavantiBio and QC Associate II at AGTC, building proficiency in bioassays, GMP compliance, and analytical method development. Earlier, at Thermo Fisher Scientific, she focused on molecular diagnostics, applying techniques such as qPCR and protein assays to advance research and production.

Sarah began her career at the University of Florida, where she held research and laboratory assistant roles in biochemistry and microbiology. There, she gained hands-on experience in cell culture, DNA and protein analysis, ELISA, Western blotting, and animal husbandry, skills that laid the groundwork for her transition into industry. She holds a Master of Science in Microbiology and Biochemistry and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry, both from the University of Florida.

At KweHealth, Sarah applies her deep technical knowledge and GMP expertise to advance the company’s scientific pipeline, ensuring rigor, precision, and innovation in the development of next-generation regenerative therapeutics.
